This command should note any on-going operation, such as "orka image save" or "orka image upload" or "orka vm scale". This would let users check on long-lived saves etc that get a CLI timeout, implying a false sense of completion. Or, if users cntrl+C a command, this would let them check to see if it ended up in progress or if it killed as intended. (Idea from client discussion)
Would adding status to VM's and images help with this?
Thinking of this from a couple of different angles: users would like to know any ongoing processes and which processes failed. Also give users the ability to kill any ongoing processes.

Good idea. Which commands take the longest and are most likely to fail?
